All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to errors in pricing, availability, or suspected fraud. If this occurs, a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping & Delivery

After production, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on location and carrier.

Once an order has been shipped, My Quiet Escape is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. If your package is affected, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or items.
