Refund policy

Damaged Products or Printing Errors
Submit a photo clearly showing the issue to hello@myquietescape.com within 30 days of receiving the item. Our team will respond in regards to a refund or reprint as soon as possible. If a refund/reprint is confirmed, we will ask you to ship the item back to us before we begin processing the refund/reprint. 

Item or Size Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if you ordered the wrong item or size. Please refer to above if the item is damaged or has a printing error.
